So if you live on dividend checks it is ok to pay lower taxes?

I think he needs to drop that subject of whining about the capital gains tax going up. How fair is it if your occupation is to sit on your butt by the pool the whole day and wait for your dividend check to arrive and pay less tax (only 15% currently) then say you and me? I am not even talking about the fact that 15% is all they pay..no social security tax in addition, etc.

Charlie, just drop it..it is unfair, and you know it!
